What is the ordering process?
Once you have selected the medication
you want, you click Buy or Buy Now. Once you click BUY Now or Buy you are forwarded to THEIR ordering interface. THEIR interface will forward your order to a physician
that works or contracts for/to the Ordering Service. He/She will either approve or reject that order based on an online medical questionnaire. Once it is approved/rejected it is forwarded through the Ordering Service process.
You are then either told that the order is rejected or it is forwarded on through THEIR process to be filled by Ordering Service contracted pharmacies.
Again, your order is reviewed by a U.S. licensed physician who will approve or decline your request.
This is the process that we have been told in good faith happens to each and every order.
We cannot be held responsible in the event protocol is mistakenly broken.

Each prescription includes directions on usage, dosage, and any precautionary information.
Contact information for the pharmacy will be included should you have questions after receiving your prescription.

Can't I just order directly from them at better prices?

Is there customer service after the sale?
Yes!! You are given an 800 number and Email for Customer Support of Health Solutions Network.
How long will it take to get the medication?
Many shipping options are available. Generally, 1-4 days.
Do you take returns or exchanges?
Federal law prohibits any prescription drugs from being returned or exchanged.
However, if you return an unopened UPS or Fed Ex package to the Ordering Service pharmacy they will refund your money at 50% your total order.
They cannot refund any opened packages. For more information, please contact the Ordering Service.
How can I pay for my order?
Acceptable forms of payment are: Credit Cards, Money Orders and E-Checks. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS standard overnight. Most orders placed by 1:00 pm will be delivered the next day.
However, delays can come up in the prescription approval process that will cause your order to arrive at the pharmacy too late
to be filled same-day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

You will need to log in with the login ID your password you established when you first placed your order. If you don't remember
your password, there is a link on the login page to have it sent to you. If you don't remember either, call the Ordering Service toll-free customer service

How soon can I order a refill?
You will receive an email when your current prescription is about to run out informing you to visit us again to order your refill from the Ordering Service.
To prevent abuse, the Ordering Service system will not allow a refill to be sent until a few days before your current prescription runs out.
